I'm not a sequel fan much, but this one was great. It's not as good as the first though. Probably why this one was good was because they put some thought into the story and writing. It was coherent and flowed. The characters were fabulous in this. There was less of the old characters in this. Amy Adams was delightful. I also loved that the art came to life. It was brilliant. I totally forgot about the plot of the movie. Hank Azaria's character wants the tablet to bring the underworld unto the world a recruits the help of Ivan the Terrible, Napolean and Al Capone to capture the gold tablet. As Daley runs around the Smithsonian, everything comes alive which makes it magical. I really enjoyed the sequel. If you liked the first one, I'm sure you will like this one.
