I'm going to be honest, this movie was a lot better than I thought it would be. I had low expectations, which may be why I liked it. I forgot the rest of the cast of this movie until the titles rolled. I was surprised that Reynolds and Will.I.am was in this. I wonder how much of this movie was true to the orginal story of Wolverine and how much they made up like the story that Wolverine takes as his name. I can't believe that Jackman is producing the second installment of this movie. He's done way better movies than this one, but Kate and Leopold was a failed attempt at a romantic comedy, that was original, but awful at the same time, coincidentally pairing Shreiber and Jackman. I felt the movie was long because they had to cram in the beginning of finding out what he was and so on and then the many wars that him and his brother fought in; leading up to his falling out with his brother and then the story actually begins. I'm not sure how they can fit in a second one, but its probably going to be the last one because I'm sure it leads directly up to the first X-Men movie. Gamble the escaped mutant was pretty awesome and the ultimate mutant was terrifying. I'm not sure why they had to make him look so much like a ugly freak considering... If I had to rate this out of 5 I would give it a 2.5. I think I'm just tired of the X-Men series already.

2.5/5 is a pretty fair assessment of this movie.
I know it may be overstating it a bit to say this, but it felt to me like one very long action scene spliced together with token bits of drama and character development. Watching this movie just made me tired....lol
