So I've been secretly waiting to see this movie for awhile. I saw the preview somewhere and I was waiting for it to make its way to DVD. Management is about a man (Steve Zahn) who works at his parent's motel probably doing the same thing year in and year out until a woman (Jennifer Aniston) stays at the motel for business (corporate art) and Zahn puts the moves on her after hours to get somewhere with her. Zahn is thoroughly awkward, sweet and determined. It's a story about people changing their lives after being stuck in a rut and previously settling with that rut. This movie was hilarious and sometimes uncomfortable. It had decent writing and Steve Zahn changed my view of him. He can be a sexy leading man who can carry a story on his back. I enjoyed this movie a lot and I think its worth giving a chance because it will definitely charm you.
